1) Who we are

Bullish Golf Company (“Bullish Golf,” “we,” “us,” “our”) designs and sells golf accessories and apparel, including the Power Holster phone mount and charging system. These Terms govern your use of bullishgolf.com and any purchase made through our site. By visiting or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy below. BULLISH GOLF COMPANY+1

2) Safety & Product Use Disclaimer (Power Holster & accessories)

  • Use products only as directed. Always follow course rules and local laws.
  • Stay focused on play and surroundings. Do not interact with your phone in ways that create safety risks.

  • Magnet caution: The Power Holster uses strong magnets. Magnets can affect credit cards, hotel keys, and some medical devices (e.g., pacemakers). Keep a safe distance and consult your physician/device manufacturer if you have a medical implant.
  • Battery safety: The Power Holster power bank contains lithium‑ion cells. Do not puncture, crush, disassemble, short‑circuit, or expose to fire/water. Use and charge in a dry environment. Use only compatible, certified chargers. Discontinue use if damaged or swollen.
  • Compatibility: “MagSafe” is a trademark of Apple Inc. Bullish Golf is not affiliated with Apple. Ensure your device/case is compatible before use.
  • Assumption of risk: You use our products at your own risk. Bullish Golf is not responsible for damage to devices (e.g., phones), vehicles, carts, posts, or surfaces resulting from mounting, removal, impact, weather, or misuse.

3) Orders, Payment & Fraud Screening

  • We may use automated/manual fraud checks. If we cannot verify details (e.g., first‑time orders with different billing/shipping), we may:
    (a) require shipment to the billing address on file,
     (b) request additional verification, or
     (c) cancel and refund.
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Sales tax is collected where required by law.

4) Shipping, Delivery & “Return to Sender”

  • Standard shipping options and any Free Shipping offers are shown at checkout (offers may change; restrictions may apply). BULLISH GOLF COMPANY
  • Orders ship to the address you provide. Please enter a deliverable address (no UPS‑only PO Boxes).
  • If a package is returned as undeliverable (e.g., wrong/incomplete address; recipient unavailable; access restrictions; refusal at delivery), we may either:
    • reship after you pay re‑shipment postage; or
    • refund the product price less outbound shipping and any carrier return fees once the item returns to our facility in original condition.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable once an order has shipped. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier’s acceptance.

5) Returns & Exchanges (30 Days)

We want you to love your gear. If you need to return or exchange:

Eligibility

  • Unused & new condition only.

    • Accessories/Electronics (Power Holster): unopened retail packaging, all parts included.
    • Apparel: unworn, unwashed, original tags attached.
  • Start your return within 30 days of delivery. Items received after 30 days are ineligible.
  • Include: buyer’s name, order number, and reason for return.
  • You’re responsible for return shipping. We recommend insured/trackable service; we’re not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Upgraded shipping fees from your original order (e.g., expedited) are non‑refundable.

We reserve the right to inspect and deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.

6) Warranty (Limited)

We stand behind our products.

Power Holster & electronic components

  • 6‑month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery for purchases made on com. Proof of purchase required.
  • What’s not covered: normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage; misuse, accidents, drops, liquid ingress, modifications, opening/disassembly, use with incompatible devices, improper installation, exposure to extreme conditions; lost or stolen items; consumables and glass or decorative elements.
  • Remedy: at our discretion we will repair, replace with the same or equivalent item, or provide store credit/refund for the defective component. Replacements may be new or refurbished.
  • Process: contact us (see “Contacting Us”) for an RMA before sending anything. You’re responsible for shipping to us; we cover reasonable shipping back to you on approved claims.

Apparel & non‑electronic accessories

  • Manufacturer defects reported within 30 days of delivery are eligible for exchange or refund at our discretion. Normal wear is not a defect.

Where purchased

  • This warranty applies to purchases made directly from com. For third‑party purchases, contact the original retailer.

7) After 30 Days

Products are not eligible for return or exchange after 30 days unless covered by the limited warranty above.

8) International & Cross‑Border

We make no representation that our site or products are available or appropriate outside the U.S. If you order internationally, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and any duties/taxes or import restrictions. Shipments containing lithium‑ion batteries are subject to carrier and destination rules; delivery options may be limited.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, product names, photos, videos) is owned by Bullish Golf or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not use our marks or content without written permission. “MagSafe” is a trademark of Apple Inc.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bullish Golf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data, arising from your use of the site or products—even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

11) Changes to the Site & These Terms

We may update our site, policies, and these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order. Check the Effective Date above.
